Ishu was the answer to my prayers. Her goal was to cure me and not to see me again! That was achieved within 3 sessions . A quick diagnosis and immediate action , Ishu gave me exercises that worked wonders. She has such huge knowledge and can motivate you to actually achieve your aims. After 4 months of pain I now have a spring in my step and am totally off painkillers and more importantly I know how to maintain this .

Ishu was excellent in diagnosing and treating my back and neck pain. I was given excellent exercises to do at home , after Ishu showed me how to do them correctly. Both areas improved significantly and my overall mobility and strength returned after only two visits. Highly recommend Ishu for her knowledge and treatments in a relaxing pleasant environment.

I went to see Ishu as I had a problem with my ankle. She was very professional and easy to talk to.Ishu gave me some exercises and excellent instructions to follow. My ankle improved rapidly after only a few visits. I highly recommend her.

Wow, just wow. This lady is amazing. I suffered an injury after running an ultra marathon. I was let down by the NHS for months struggling to walk without pain. Within 20 minutes of Ishu assessing me ,she had found what the problem was and I was back running within a week. Such an intelligent and lovely lady. Thank you .
