Reward Driving School

Brian is Lincoln's best driving instructor. That's not hyperbole, I'm dead sure of it. I tried no less than 4 other (very highly rated!) driving instructors in the city before finally and mercifully finding him, and he was easily the most patient, the friendliest, and crucially the best teacher. He was also the only instructor with which my driving started noticeably improving, as early as the first lesson. He's a genuinely kind and encouraging person and has HEAPS of relevant industry experience and accreditation that really shows whenever you need a little extra guidance. Despite being seriously knowledgeable he never ever once made me feel patronised or slow or daft, and instead took the time to consider me as an individual - he created structured lessons that included as much practice as I wanted, and he even worked something out for me when I asked for revision to take home in between lessons. His car is beautiful to drive, modern and clean, and Brian makes you feel confident and capable as soon as you get into the driving seat - even when you're a nervous slow learner like me. Please trust me when I say that you don't know the difference between a lousy instructor and an amazing one until you've had experience of both! Brian is standout amazing. I never felt stressed, stupid, or overwhelmed in my lessons with him but always did with other instructors, so I used to think that was normal. Brian showed me that driving lessons do NOT have to be anxiety-inducing! They can be easygoing and constructive and well worth the money. I had to move before I could take my test in Lincoln but know 100% that I'd have passed first time with his instruction. He knows the roads, tests, examiners ... I don't think there's anything he doesn't know about driving?! But he's also a great laugh and has some cracking stories !!! He's a real people person and not intimidating/creepy/grumpy at all. He even offered to continue giving me advice with my driving after I'd moved county which is soo exceptionally kind and I think shows his commitment and character. Please don't make my mistake and waste your time/money on other instructors. Start (or start over!) with Brian as your instructor and actually enjoy learning to drive. Huge huuuge thank you to Brian at Reward for making me feel so much more comfortable driving and actually teaching me instead of just giving me instructions from the passenger seat and waiting for my muscle memory to kick in. One of the best teachers I've had and I spent 21k+ on a degree.

Absolutely amazing experience, helped me out every step of the way, some absolutely class stories to tell. But if Brian tells you your not test ready, then you are not test ready!

With Brian's help I passed first time with 1 minor fault. Brian was an incredible driving instructor who taught at an excellent pace and with expert knowledge, catering to the short time period in which I had to learn to drive over summer . Brian clearly catered each lesson to individual students and his experience as a driving test examiner was perfect for helping me pass first time. It was obvious that Brian cared about the safety of his students before and after passing the test, and i'm happy to say that with hundreds of hours of driving since I have yet to have any accidents! I cant recommend Brian and Reward Driving School enough!
