Brilliant service. On two visits, my prescriptions have been available as recommended in my messages.

I have found the staff and pharmacist in particular really helpful in finding and making sure I had medicine that my usual pharmacist couldnt get hold of. (I live in the other side of Kingsbury).

Rubbish branch , pharmacist on duty 25/10/22 was not helpful for my medication needs . Definately does not put patients first . Would not recommend

Large branch, but very badly stocked. Feels almost half empty every time I go in so really doesn't need to be in such a large unit. Based on around 7 visits I can say the majority of staff lack polite mannerisms and are very abrupt in person and on the phone and treat you like you're annoying. E.g I don't appreciate a business answering the phone by saying "Yes. Can I help?" as if this call is a nuisance caller on their personal phone, instead of something more appropriate like "good morning/afternoon well pharmacy Kingsbury, how can I help?". Same at the tills. Small things like saying "that will be 10 PLEASE" wouldn't go a miss either. Neither would saying "thank you, bye" rather than just walking off the minute the transaction has gone through.
