Masers The Groomer

I recently booked an appointment for my medium-sized (18kg) dog at Masers The Groomer for the first time. The grooming result was good, but I have mixed feelings about the overall experience. Firstly, I found the price to be quite expensive at 60 (total charge 70) for the service, compared to other groomers who charge 45 for the same service. However, my main issue was with the customer service. I was charged an additional 10 for being 8 minutes late for dropping off my dog and 11 minutes late for picking up my dog. While I understand that the groomer has the right to charge a fee for late arrivals, I personally felt that it was not fair to charge such a fee for being just a few minutes late, especially as a first-time customer. While I was happy with the grooming results, the issue with the customer service has left me feeling disappointed. I do not think I will be using this service again. I wish them all the best.

Agata is a wonderful groomer. I took my 14 week Rottweiler who is large for age, highly energetic and does not like bath time. Agata seemed to effortlessly shower, clean and dry her. They both adored each other! I highly recommend her and will from now on only use her. She gave some great advice. Feeling grateful to have found her! Thank you Agata

Agata did an amazing job on our miniature schnauzer. She is knowledgeable, extremely helpful, takes her job seriously and she is always ready to help you out if you are in any doubt.
