My experience with Vanessa has been amazing, I would deffinatly recommend her. She is a lovely and understanding person and I really enjoyed her approach. One advice, you should be open and willing to change for it to work.

After each session with Vanessa I felt a sense of relief that we were tackling certain issues from the root instead of just putting a plaster on them. She has taught me great techniques to handle certain situations and when putting these techniques into practice I feel a huge difference in my confidence. Her approaches really resonated with me and she explained things in a way that really helped me to understand why I felt a certain way which in turn helped me to deal with these feelings and emotions better. Vanessa really helped me get through a difficult year. She was very supportive and gave me tools to become stronger and overcome trauma. I am a different person after our sessions and feel grateful to have been working with her for about a year!
