Good product, dreadful company We ordered our turf for our garden and the quote seemed really high, but having heard good reviews we went ahead with it. It turns out they had massively overestimated the soil quantities and massively overcharged us. On the day of delivery they realised their mistake and 2 third of the soil wasnt event taken off the lorry and went straight back to them. They then refused to refund the extra soil that hadnt even left the lorry under ridiculous excuses. The sales staff was rude which made the whole thing even worse. Will never work with them again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Only positive is the grass is actually good, but at nearly three times the price of their competitor its a small consolation..

Overall the service was great. The lady at the office was helpful, and the gentleman there was efficient at loading my vehicle.
