Moved venue completely across London at the last minute. Awful customer service and communication. The venue in Park Royal is dilapidated and unpleasant. As a training provider I would absolutely avoid unless you just want the certificate issued at minimum cost whilst avioding any actual learning. But Kevin ok, I'm leaving Kevin out of this x

Be very aware of this organisation and all the organisations associated with it (West Academy being one). I booked a three day course near to my location for a course and this was cancelled close to the date. I was offered London or Birmingham which defeats the whole idea of going local. Exactly the same happened for the micro teach, cancelled the morning before due to 'lack of students'. So I then rang around all the hotels where these regional courses are advertised. Nothing booked, previously, now or in the future. So, go back to the company and ask if I can book a course, oh my, wonderously they are all available. When I then asked why the hotels dont have bookings, the company say 'we only book the location one week in advance'. Funny that as next weeks location have no booking? My course is allegedly validated by City and Guilds who have been notified, so probably wont be valid for much longer, refund refused in any shape or form. In essence, I sniff a whiff of falsehood here and would not engage them

From the start, this course was doomed. Firstly, the course was cancelled at the location of choice, on a Saturday, when the course was supposed to start on the Monday. I was then told, I could attend the course on the same dates, but on the complete opposite side of London. I did it, as I couldnt take the time off of work twice, however, no reduction ofwas offered, even though at last minute, cost me twice as much to travel to. The course trainer, seemed to have zero idea on what he was teaching, with belittling sayings, such as this question is easy, I got 100%. The stories that followed in between each module, has no bearing or relevance to what was learning. The building itself was run down, and toilet facilities were disgusting. No tea, coffee or water offered, even though the AC didnt work. No blinds over the window, so everyone was so overheated for 9+ hours each day. There are zero amenities around, except a Lebanese cafe on the ground floor. Dont book a course with these guys. Theyre unprofessional, and need training themselves, in every aspect. It appears to be, purely a money making scheme.
