Unbelievably rude staff, worse customer service I have ever received. Staff dont seem to want to work there. Please get better more competent staff

Any time I've ordered from here something is always missing or wrong item sent. Today my fiance ordered and he go brown bacon with one open and item sent we didn't ordered and wanted a refund for.

The rudest most incompetent person at the till! Their Evri service is a joke. She seemed unwilling to do anything to help when my barcode wouldn't scan didn't offer a solution just started arguing with me with the same moot point for 5 mins. Served other customers even though I had waited. Had to ask her to restart her machine she refused to try another one, they have no tape in the store, rude sarcastic, literally the worst service I've ever had in a "community" style store. Not sure how the staff get hired. The store overall is overpriced and not worth it. Avoid at all costs.
