        We recently purchased some Hogget chops from the stall at the Littleport monthly Saturday market. The chops were of course much larger than the usual lamb chops, and the meat was extremely flavoursome. We have also tried some mutton, which required slower cooking,, and again this was delicious. On sale also was some excellent bacon which cooked extremely well. It is good to be able to buy high quality meat such as this which is produced locally, and we will certainly buy this again.
