Bought Tado through Amazon and this company was appointed to install. The two engineers turned up on time and installed the Tado Thermostat, apparently tested it, and they advised it was working, before leaving. Tipped the two engineers when they left to say thank-you. One hour later, no hot water. Called original engineer and he said it was working when he left, and he would call me back and never did. Spoke to the office and advised there was no one to come back out to system that week and someone would call me to rebook. That was two weeks ago. Nothing. Really poor service especially when they are installing something so critical as hot water. Still without hot water and zone valve has apparently been set to manual during install. (Tado not sure why). Its such a shame as mistakes happen, but this company have completely failed and have obviously never heard of service recovery. Struggling to get another engineer in to rectify their workmanship and will have to use Small Claims Court to recover funds for additional engineer. My advice, Stay Away. Service: Installation
