Picked the food we wanted, wasnt sure whether it was table service or not. asked girl on her phone to be told its not table service, She carried on standing using her phone.
Went and stood by the counter to order, no one there to take our order. Stood and looked at the untidy prep area.
Someone finally turned up and to their credit they apologised and took our order.
Food turned up whilst we surveyed the dirty table and the ketchup stained interior.
Salad looked very sad and was starting to go brown.
Food was average and quality was reflected in the price. Initial service was terrible but got better.
There were 3 or 4 other cafes on that row. Will be trying one of those next time.
