Big change in the Crown. A long term friend and I met for a light lunch on the 25th April, the cream cheese sandwiches were acceptable but the staff were loud in their communications and in their activities around the bar area, is it really necessary to throw empty bottles into a container making a terrible noise ignoring the effect on patrons. The staff lack the important finesse of dealing with customers in that setting and the prices are very high.

Just popped in for a glass of wine and they had a good selection available and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The menu looked delicious and worth a try - another time! It's such a great local that we ended up chatting with two other tables and sharing our Glastonbury experiences - a really nice time! Recommended!
