        Staff too busy talking to each other to acknowledge customers. Boxes and stock stacked on floor causing a trip hazard instead of on display Quaint shop could do with some old fashioned customer service training.

        I was served by the delightful Harriet in the wells branch today Friday 07/05/2021. I purchased three gorgeous Safari style canisters. Harriet was very, helpful, chatty and was a breath of fresh air to be served by, she has excellent customer service. Then she managed to get hold of me later in the day as to me I had actually left my wallet with cards in at the shop. She kindly took them to my daughter who also works in wells to bring home to me. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you. beknown to me
