        Having had a previous eye test at Boots Wells I was quite happy to book another test a year later. The website stated 25 eye test the lady advised due to Covid test now 45. I asked for my previous details to pass onto my new Company to ensure they could keep close contact on any changes and was informed I was not entitled to my previoudrecords.

        Having been a customer of another high street chain for several years i decided to try Boots, Wells for an independent eye test. Peter carried out the test very thoroughly fully explaining what my prescription needs were. Staff were very help full and patient giving advice on the best lenses and selection of the most suitable frame styles without being pushy. Glasses were ready 2 weeks later. Best vision i have had for a long time, very pleased will use again.
