        We had two and a half bathrooms refurbished by Mercia. The design phase was really helpful and addressed all of our issues. Installation was excellent and was managed to be as convenient as possible for us. Coordination of trades people and product delivery was perfect. Quality of product was top class. Overall project management and customer care were exemplary.

        We had a replacement downstairs WC from Mercia. They planned the new layout and removed the old furniture then fitted the new furniture. All went well. Would recommend them to anyone for similar work. Service: Remodeling
