The Good Earth Whole Foods

Well thought out and stocked whole food shop. All manor of health and organic foods for sell, plus neal yard products, vitamins and supplements, soaps, cleaning products, and bamboo products such as bowls and cups. There is also a area where u can refill containers you bring from home with detergent, washing power and various other products (surely the way forward to cut down on plastic consumption). Staff very friendly and helpful will visit again for another shopping trip. Its loses one star on pricing some items are a bit more expensive than I expected.

Called in to buy something and asked for some pound coins in the change. Up until this point Id been served by a very helpful and polite young lady, but then from the back of the desk came a rude and unhelpful older lady, rebuking the till staff loud enough to be heard by customers, for giving away change instead of notes. Happily my assistant ignored the older woman, who went back to sulk in the corner, having been ignored. Silly display of emotion, which made everyone feel uncomfortable and ultimately got her nowhere.

This shop has a Great range of products with very helpful staff that are always doing a fantastic job and supplying an excellent service to customers.
