Do not order from them ! Horrible ! They will not accept any responsibility for mistakes and will not help but are all too willing to take your money in a hurry. I will be contacting Farrow and Ball about the staff lack of knowledge about F and B colours! They also lie and say they record the phone calls but when you ask for a recording they start back tracking. DO NOT buy from this nasty company ! they have the local monopoly and take advantage of that !

Honestly, when it comes to painting, I have no idea where to start. Jan & Mike put me at total ease, and talked through many options. We soon realised what I like and disliked, and with Jan's patience & knowledge, I am now excited to start painting. I can't thank them enough. A really good price, with the added knowledge. It always worth going to a local friendly place, who knows exactly what you need, even if you don't! Thank you so much I will be back, when I finally do up my house! Xxx

Overall you can get almost anything you'll need for decorating. It has a wide range of specialist paint suppliers like F&B and Little Green plus others. Owners are knowledgeable and helpful. Had a problem with mixing something I wanted but that was the paint companies auto formulation that went wrong. However they said they'd sort it by Monday(went in on Saturday) but didn't hear from them untill I chased them up. Funnily they were just sorting it. But they are a good outlet and you can use them with confidence. The three stars are a reflection that they tend to be a bit more expensive (my last order was 3 more expensive than another supplier) so not necessarily competitive and you often have to go back to collect what you order as it's made in store. And on that point colour matching by other companies is a competitive way to get what you want for a lot less. I can see bulk manufacture costing more but mixing the odd few Lt??? At nearly 100 for 5lt. It is a bit of a rip off no matter how they try to sell it. I worked in the industry so...... Lost stars are on value for money. Business - get all you want plus advice all in one place. Would have bee 5* if they were better value.
