        The manager of this store is amazingly helpful, he was asked to deal with an out of scope query and did so perfectly!! 100% helpful and deserves maximum credit. On the other hand BT that sent me to the shop for a problem that they should have dealt with over the phone, I have had appalling service from, the internal cohesion of business ventures seems to be very poor regarding the relationship between BT-Shop and BT.

        My husband and I both required to upgrade our phones. We were attended to by several colleagues, and one in particular, Zac, went 'above and beyond' to solve various problems we encountered until after the shop was officially closed! Thank you.
