They let you buy items on their website that they don't actually have in stock and can't get, and those items are still on the website now (Heavenly Feet Liberty shoes in red glitter & purple glitter). Also, customer service leaves something to be desired, as they claimed that we must not be receiving and reading their messages (not possible as we checked everyday), rather than honestly admitting that it was taking time to correspond with us because of their current staffing situation. We had sympathy in the circumstances but we'd have preferred far more that they were just honest about everything, about not having the items straight away and about not being able to get back to us immediately, than being strung along, and ultimately being blamed and doubted as if we were the ones at fault. I recently ordered a pair of Cipriata boots from Runway. Very, very impressed with how quick they arrived and extra impressed by how lovely they are. Fantastically comfortable and look great, I love them - thank you Runway
