The wait times are so long. A month for a phone call and then when they do give you an appointment the waiting room is empty. This is not a service, it is a health risk. I am worried that people are dying early due to lack of access from a GP.

I have been a patient at this surgery. Since I moved to Wells At Christmas 2018. I have never had a problem with any of the staff . The receptionist have always been kind, helpful and respectful. The Drs and Nurses are the best I have ever had . I suffer a few illnesses and always seen or phoned by a member of the medical team. Keep up the good work.

I have not had a great experience with this practice. Not only are the wait times ridiculous due to the fact there are far too high a ratio of GPs to residents in Wells but also the practice itself. I was told I would be referred to a service, I chased 3 times before it actually got actioned and it took about 6 months. Changes in medications are not supported well enough. Appts feel rushed and like they just want to give you a prescription and for you to leave. The nurses however are always brilliant. I would swap surgeries but the options seem limited in Wells.
