Absolute stars, excellent products and even better customer service. I've bought a biltong box, biltong cutter and various spices and had some issues with delivery on one of them and they delivered the products to my house themselves. I cannot sing Gerry & Nat's praises enough! Not only do they make some of the most delicious and authentic biltong but they are just genuinely wonderful humans who support other local businesses as well as Eden Ministries in Zimbabwe. I have bought biltong and snapsticks on multiple occasions, and for sure will keep supporting this incredible company. The quality of the biltong has always been amazing, delicious, flavoursome, drool worthy and ever so moreish! Nat has always been super helpful, friendly and lovely when helping me with my orders and special surprise gift deliveries. If you want to buy authentic biltong from brilliant people...then this is the place for you!

So I haven't tried it yet as it's a Christmas gift for my husband but the customer service has been incredible, fast responses to my messages answering all of my questions and very quickly dispatched and delivered. Will update once used but looks perfect.
