        If you are trying to claim job seekers allowance or other payments, I expect they may be quite helpful. If you are looking for a job, don't bother, they are not interested. Because I had written a CV and was actively looking for work, I was told they couldn't do anything for me. When I asked about jobs available, or to be informed of anything coming up, they told me to look on the job websites like indeed etc. or look on the few cards in the centre.

        Over zealous security, who looks like he just left school. Won't let you bring a simple coffee into the building, when the staff sit there chugging away.

        Wife advised me some staff more friendly towards her than others... Beware of incorrect booked appointments! 19/10/18 instead of 26/10/18 , painful with current bus situation between Cheddar and Wells.
