        Placed an order 3 weeks ago they took my money but won't send the item or even respond to my emails or online chat requests. In reply to this I have never been contacted by yourselves as PayPal would have been notified, I have raised a concern with them regarding this issue. I have had no emails, no phone calls and NO REFUND. And getting others to put up good reviews after this shows how bad you are.

        I placed an order over 1 month ago and have still not received my order. I have emailed numerous times in regards to my orders and just got excuse after excuse. The last email they responded to, they informed me that they had refunded me however more than 10 days later I have still not received my refund and now they will not respond to my emails.
