        I have been struggling with early menopause for a couple of years now and my symptoms are quite harsh. In these years, I have done a few rounds with iDetox and cannot recommend it enough. Proof is in the pudding and I found myself sleeping very well, I had more energy and of course, you're putting nothing but goodness into your body. Sue is ALWAYS on hand to chat to and offers fantastic support and advice. There are so many benefits to this detox and it is well worth doing, especially when you feel you need a reset.         Hi, I loved this detox. It really helped me kick start my diet and by day 3 I felt amazing. I normally have lots of caffeine and fizzy drinks but this made me change my ways for the better.

        I completed the 5 day detox, and the results were amazing, 13.5lbs down and 39cm lost. The smoothies and soups were delicious, and the WhatsApp group support was second to none! Amazing company, would highly recommend.

        Andre, Sue and team did a WONDERFUL job catering for our marquee wedding reception buffet this past September. They were both super helpful and patient with us, with yummy menu ideas tailored to our particular needs and desires. They went above and beyond the call of duty on the day and couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Our guests are still raving about how good the food was!!! We are so grateful! :-D
