        Shame theres not a no stars option. My children and I had been NHS patients for years with this dental practice. Then Bupa Dental Care Wells started cancel our routine check up appointments the day before we were due to be seen. We were then asked to call back each time. Then the next appointment would be cancelled at short notice. This continued for over a year post pandemic. A way to rid NHS adult patients possibly? I would not recommend this dental practice for NHS or private dental care.

        Since been taken over by BUPA the service has gone down hill. No attempt with children to make them at ease and difficult to even get the phone answered when making appointments.

        Feel really let down by this dental practice ever since I joined them. Always cancelling appointments, and when I tried today to arrange a check up, as I have noticed a problem that is concerning me, I get told that I do not have a dentist anymore and cannot and will not be seen......Ohh unless I pay and go private!! I had to give one star to be able get this posted but quite frankly I would give them no stars based on the service I have received.
