Somerset Orthodontist

I called to find out if they offer emergency appointments for people from outside the area. I had a brace wire that needed adjusting and they are the only orthodontics in the area within glastonbury/street/wells. I offered to pay anything it costs. The response I received was quite rude with just a no. The ladys tone was uptight and wasnt friendly. I understand if there are some rules and regulations that would prevent them from doing it, its just the way it was communicated. I ended up driving an hour away to another place sort it out, not a friendly local orthodontics!

I have been very pleased with the outcome for both my children's dental needs. In all aspects of care, from receptionist to the technicians to the orthodontist, the level of treatment has been professional, caring, and friendly. I always felt that the practice took the time to care for my children's orthodontic needs and answered all of my questions. I have always felt that my children were in very good hands and I would highly recommend WOW.

My daughter was anxious about coming in for treatment but Richard Gregory was absolutely wonderful with her, very kind and able to put her mind at rest. She was very happy when she came out and now looks forward to her appointments. All the staff are very kind and welcoming.

I would highly recommend Wells orthodontics to everybody who would like to have nice straight teeth and a beautiful smile on their faces. I am very pleased how my tratement work and with the results! I want to say a big Thank you to all the team from Wells orthodontics, specially to Paul and Richard, for all their support and patience and also for their dedication to help people like me to gain more confidence in themselves thought a beautiful smile! I can say I received an excellent value and service for my money! Wells orthodontics are very professional, very friendly and very helpful!
