        Its no reflection on the staff here, but barclays is failing to address climate change despite it's words resulting in ecocide, and jeopardising our future, funding fossil fuels and pipelines, the latest share action report on barclays speaks of a glaring hole in the companys climate ambition and the adoption of a climate scenario which is 20 years to late. Please choose an ethical bank.

        I cant rate the customer service but Im very concerned about the financing Barclays has given and continues to give to fossil fuel companies. The future of life on this beautiful planet is being put in extreme danger through climate change, caused by the levels of greenhouse emissions being pumped into the atmosphere. These emissions are increasing year on year and Barclays continues to support the fossil fuel industry, which would collapse without financial backing from the banks
