Winter Glow

Where to begin... The event itslef was nothing short of tragic. Laughable in fact. We were excited to spend the day enjoying the 'Christmas spectacular', 'Bavarian inspired bar', and 'the variety of stalls with an overwhelming selection of the most incredible festive food Malvern and the surrounding areas has to offer' , as well as the Christmas Odyssey themed light trail and giant observation wheel - all as advertised on the website! What a treat to bring the festive period to an end! Well, none of the above lived up to expectations. We were gobsmacked to see only one food stall open (lines of empty stalls), a bar (which was manned by someone very rude but he was probably bored beyond belief so i'll let it go) and i could count the other number of visitors at the event on two hands. The observation wheel was terribly underwhelming, and the lights trail featured bizarre very un-christmassy installations such as inflatable tentacles! We paid 150 for the pleasure, and travelled 45 minutes from Birmingham to experience it. We were in and out of Winter Glow within 40 minutes. The kindest way i can describe the whole experience is that it did not live up to expectations, had zero atmosphere, and was certainly not worth the 150 price tag. I've emailed the customer services team direct with my feedback on a couple of occasions now. Dissapointed to say i've had no acknowledgement or response to my emails.

Not as good as it read or looked online only 3 stalls opened and the fair was 3 rides it was awful. Ice skating the skates was so old they was hurting all of our feet

Very disappointed when we booked these tickets here by accident as they have a sponsored ad at the top of google that we were refused a refund which was a shame as it was way to far for us to travel to so that we wouldnt completely waste our money.
