A rare treat. Only open for a few days each year. The garden is really beautiful at all times, but I especially love the roses. The pond is packed with fish. Our house tour was given by the head gardener, who made it so interesting, as well as letting us wander around in our own time to look at the details. I especially loved the carved screen. We didn't have time to sample the tea room cakes, but it was a lovely setting for a caf.

What a lovely setting, the neatest gardens and lawns. Our guide showed around the Hall, a very interesting hour. We had a tea and cake in the old cloisters. Visit this property before it is sold and not open to the public. Many thanks.
