They handled my fathers funeral professionally and with empathy all the way through the process including on the day which was performed with absolute dignity. A great team and the costs seemed realistic (although I have no benchmark but it never seemed inflated and didnt correspond with my preconception that funerals are expensive). The wake was at Malvern Hills Hotel and we used Stonemasons of Worcester for the headstone - both excellent.

Three weeks ago my brother and I had no idea where to start with organising the funeral (celebration of life) - we were guided superbly from the start by Tracey and also the celebrant, Jenny. Tracey was so responsive to all of our requests and understanding of our questions around what needed to be done and by when. The day itself was organised and ran so well. Thank you! J

We were recommended to Jacksons by a family friend, and our experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. We sadly lost our dear aunty in August, and from our very 1st phone call to Amie at Jacksons she made it clear nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy with the arrangements, and with a large family with various ideas of how they wanted to say goodbye, this was no mean feat. Amie treated us all with upmost respect and always spoke about our lovely aunty as if she was a member of her own family. Amie and her colleague, Tracey, pointed us all in the right direction of the legal requirements, as well as ensuring we added in any little extras to make the day personal to us all. The funeral was a beautiful day, and at such a sad time it was a huge comfort to us all to have said goodbye in a way which was not only tailored to our very special aunty, but also felt personalised to each and every one of us. I would highly recommend using Jacksons to take care of your loved ones with the dignity and respect they deserve.
