James fitted our wonderful Clearview this year at short notice with skill and expertise. He dealt with challenges along the way with thoughtful solutions engaging us in decision making at every step. This is now our 4th stove and he was by far THE BEST for both installation and service. It has transformed our house! Thank you so much!

James did a brilliant for us! We are so delighted with our Clearview stove. James helped us choose the right type of stove for our home, explained clearly how things would work, how long it would take, left us clear instructions and answered all our questions as we went on. James did a great job installing everything, helping with suggestions and making sure everything was aesthetic and safe. James worked efficiently, with great care and perfectionism. James also made sure he was cleaning things up as it went along so the disruption was minimal. Overall, we are very happy and I would certainly recommend James to anyone wanting a stove fitted. We had two Clear View stoves put in by James. It was a big job as the house had one small Victorian open fire place and one blocked off completely. James worked like a dream to open them both out, remodel and add lintel, make good, fireproof and new chimney liners and chimney pots. What a transformation! If you're thinking about getting a wood burner in Norfolk and are looking at other brands- Stop! We've had other British stoves in a previous house, they don't compare to the Clear View and to be honest, James doesn't compare to other installers. Would recommend him without hesitation.
