Had a fantastic week at Wagtails from 9th-16th July. The Cottage is lovely and our every need was catered for and more, with lots of treats for the dogs. The location is second to none with easy walking distance to the Harbour front and all the local shops/ eateries. We would highly recommend the Bowling Green and the Golden Fleece for evening dinner but would advise that you book in advance. The highlights of our week was going to Holkam Hall , where herds of Deer roam freely and the Seal watching Boat trip, where we saw both Grey and Common seals, both brilliant experiences! The Beaches are vast, and both Holkham and Wells Beaches have great facilities, but our favourite beach was Brancaster a little further out. The beach car parks do get full up quite early, so we arrived prior to 10am, and didn't have any problems Overall a brilliant holiday for us and the dogs, as everywhere is so dog friendly, and would certainly stay at Wagtails again if we went back to Norfolk.
