The only place in Norfolk to buy or sell with. Sowerbys are brilliant and really care about their customers. Big shout out to Julian in particular.

We have recently completed a house purchase through Sowerbys and the service from Katie Huggins has been excellent throughout. Katie has always been very timely, polite and efficient, and kept us fully updated. We'd certainly use Sowerbys in the future.

Ive been hunting for a property in the North Norfolk vicinity to be closer to my daughters and grandkids. Ive been to numerous estate agents but (maybe because Im older and have very high standards) got the impression that most of them didnt seem to have the compassion and maturity for the job, they seemed distracted, no interaction. But from Sowerbys at Wells next the Sea, Julian really went out of his way to understand the sort of property I was searching for. We seemed to click right from the off, he was patient, charming and mature, he didnt to want to hurry me along. So Sowerbys be proud of Julian.. hes doing a grand job.

We found Julian at Sowerbys Wells to be a wealth of knowledge who helped us greatly through the purchase of our new home. He also introduced us to Broadland Consults who were equally excellent at arranging our mortgage. I couldnt recommend both companies enough.

I've had several viewings with different estate agents these past few weeks, but what impressed me the most was Julian at Sowerbys. He really came across as someone that cared and understood exactly what I was looking for. He was patient, considerate and incredibly professional...unlike some other agents that seem to want to hurry the viewing. I was very impressed with him, so if your searching for a property in the Wells area you'll find Julian very accommodating..
