E-bike hire norfolk

Best day out! Easy to use bikes, and helpful staff. We said where we wanted to visit, and they showed us the safest route, avoiding main roads. Had the bikes for over 3 hours and batteries still full!! Will definitely be back - 10/10!

Absolutely brilliant. Way exceeded expectations. Just as great off road and on the beach as on the road. Love the boost so getting them started or going up hill is super easy. Saw parts of Norfolk I would never have normally seen. Thank you Nicky for your brilliant knowledge and a very happy few hours. I loved it.

Bike ran out of power after 2 hours! A problem with a full day hire. The bike was also not maintained properly as it would not stay in any of the lower gears - this meant I had to cycle back with no motor and in high gear! No refund offered. Very poor service and would never use them again. In response, part of the problem is that the bikes are not kept in good service. The battery indicator still showed full power even when the battery had died! The other problem is that the guy (I believe your husband) was out riding the bike before giving it to us and could have ridden for quite a while. He never told us to call you if there was a problem - he was only concerned with getting the bike back on time. If you sort the incorrect battery reader and sort the gears so they work, it may not have been a problem. A bike rental needs to maintain the bikes properly and these clearly weren't.
