We stayed at Robin's Nest last week. We arrived to find that the heating & hot water were not working properly, a dirty dish in the oven and a bath & bathroom sink that did not drain properly without dirty water coming back up the pipe. We advised the owner of the problem with the heating & hot water and were told that the previous holidaymakers had said the same but it was not fixed before we arrived. We were told that if we wanted to we could have tradesmen attend the property, interrupt our week away and carry out the maintenance work. We declined as we were on a much needed break away and did not want to spend one of our days waiting around for a plumber. The issue was known to the owner and should have been dealt with before we arrived. A shame because the cottage itself is in a lovely location & other than the problems mentioned was perfect for a break away.
