Orchard Caravans

Made no effort to help regarding enquiry about a fitting in our caravan over the phone. Went in to speak with someone to explain further, refused to be helpful, put me in touch with a workperson for general advice or offer any availability. I was dumbstruck regarding lack of interest to be helpful. We have used their service previously, but will avoid in future.

Fantastic friendly staff, their commitment to supplying quality new & used vans goes above any other suppliers I have come across in the industry, I would recommend Orchard above anyone else if you want a quality professional service.

12/04/2021 First day at caravan since October, turn on the water and have leaks, called on site office who referred us to Orchard, they arrived within two hours. Found first leak, had spare part, replaced, checked system, another leak, followed by a third, system then took full pressure. Kevin, the engineer, then tested everything else in the van to make sure and found then shower control bar had been frost damaged, replaced that, tested everything again - all good. Kevin dealt with all the issues in a calm and relaxed manner, no drama, had all the bits needed and did a thorough and timely job. Highly recommended.
