        Reliably good food. The service was not the usual level when eating outside but it met the social distancing/ covid secure requirements. Don't let this put you off.

        Kevin, Lynne and Adele are a very professional team - knowledgable of the local market, very professional and efficient but with an approachable, personal touch. Kevin provided us with really good practical advice and support at the beginning of the process, of what was not a conventional sale. Lynne was extremely helpful and resourceful in the face of dealing with a very 'challenging' individual. I was afforded lots of time and support and was never left feeling an inconvenience. Despite the complications of outgoing tenants, medical emergencies, listed building hicups and pernickety professionals the team kept everything on track and moving (special credit has to go to Lynne on this front). I would not hesitate to recommend Belton Duffey to anyone considering selling a property.
