"My wife visited the above branch on Saturday 23 May around 17:00. She found a coat she liked and asked if it was available in other sizes.
The reply was, "we do not have your size, you are too fat". I am shocked that any customer should suffer such a response. Also, my reading of your published core values suggests you have a zero tolerance to such behaviour.
Finally I conclude that you do in fact have the coat in the required size and we have purchased it online from a third party and it was delivered today, all without any abusive dialogue.
I invite your comments on our experience and look forward to hearing what action you are going to take."
