We have visited Wells Next The Sea a number of time previously but this cottage offered so much. Off street parking, a rarity in Wells, close to everything so no need to drive if you don't want to. We took bikes which we kept in the garage so very secure. The garage is also a games room where the family indulged in a number of darts and table tennis competitions! The garden is lovely with a nice seating area for outdoor dining and relaxing too. The cottage was very well equipped with all the essentials people sometimes forget and even a few treats like local cider and shortbreads. Wifi was reliable, which pleased our three boys from 10 yrs to 16 yrs, beds were really comfy and the two bathrooms were a god send. If we return to Wells, this cottage is where we will stay!

A beautiful, well sized family cottage with lots of little extras to add to your stay. Our teenagers loved the games in the garage and the garden was a sun trap where we spent our evenings eating and drinking. The location is perfect in a quiet area of Wells, but only a short walk to all the lovely amenities Wells has to offer. A perfect family home for a holiday

Myself and three friends (and two dogs) have just spent a week in Coastguard Cottage. We could not fault it. It was warm, comfortable, well-positioned and incredibly well equipped. We were able to cook meals there without the usual searching around for basic equipment and utensils. A lovely goody box was left for us with local produce and full information of things to do and where to eat, which we made good use of. All communication beforehand was friendly and useful. Would wholeheartedly recommend it.
