experience which is a shame, but nonetheless enjoyable.
Location is perfect for Wells, everything within walking distance, choices of pubs and restaurants on the doorstep.
House itself is fantastic, really big, bedrooms very nice and lovely towels and linen etc. 2 bathrooms with one of them ground floor which are both nice and big.
Issues:
Upon arrival there was no toilet roll in the house, it's a really easy fix but an annoying error.
Hive heating system currently isn't working, just makes no sense that the boiler is on, the hot water is working but none of the radiators were coming on. We set the temperature to boost and increased the target temperature but nothing happened.
Toilet seat in downstairs bathroom was very loose.
For checking out the instruction book said to leave the keys in the lock box but didn't give you the code to open the lock box. Again quick fix but shouldn't be missed.
Biggest annoyance however was the rigidity on check in and out time. Check in time of 5pm is too late, just rushes the first evening. Asking people to be out of there by 9am is pretty cheeky for me. Even more annoying was that we went for breakfast at 9am, came back at 11am to get the car and nobody had even entered to start cleaning, so why did we need to leave at 9am again?
I love the house and the area, just a few things need ironing out for it to be a more polished and seamless experience.
