Mousetrap Wells

My family and I spent a fantastic weekend at the Mousetrap earlier in October. The house itself is just a short 5 minute walk from the seafront, along one of the beautiful old streets of Wells. The Mousetrap has everything you'll need for a holiday, whether you use it as a base to spend the day on the beach or as a cosy home-from-home where you can cook a meal for the family and then spend the night in front of the fire. The beds were very comfy and having two bathrooms was very useful when we came back from a day on the sand, intending to head out for dinner on a quick turnaround. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into creating a good guest experience, from the lovely decor and original artwork on the walls to a virtual library of good ideas for places to eat and visit. We will definitely go back as soon as we can.

A wonderful cottage located right in the heart of Wells giving easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants. With just a short walk to the beach and situated ideally for exploring the surrounding towns, villages and historic sites, by car or bicycle, Mousetrap really is the perfect getaway !!! I'll definitely be heading back. Thanks for a great stay !!
