Having been nagged by my children to spend their holiday money in this cute-looking shop, I was saved from parting with any cash in it first by its inconsistent opening hours and then by the unfriendly/bordering on rude reception we were met with there. Phew. Looking forward to shopping elsewhere in lovely Wells

On a rainy day we went in to buy an Easter gift for granddaughter. No real service with a smile and no conversation in an empty shop. Felt a bit like an inconvenience. Would have spent a while looking around but not really felt welcome
