I guess this place will be currently closed - it was open when we visited the area in October. The other half wanted to go in and buy fancy soaps, but the woman behind the counter had other ideas. I understand that due to Covid restrictions things have to bend and we were told (rather brutally, if I'm honest; we were not made to feel welcome but given the impression that we were an inconvenience from the moment we walked in) not to touch anything, but the descriptions were rather unhelpful and fancy soaps have a scent that has to be smelled rather than taken on trust. Result: no sale. There are ways to work within restrictions, and to scowl at potential customers or mutter to yourself when said potential customers point at things on a shelf are not part of a great shopping experience.
