Stayed here over the very sunny and hot May Bank Holiday weekend for 3 nights. A very pleasant experience. Off road parking, a comfortable spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed, large bathroom with a shower and a bath, a very nice breakfast with choices and very pleasant hosts. The guest house itself is a very short walk away from some nice restaurants and pubs, with a little bit further to walk to the seafront. All in all it would be hard to make it any betterment.

Just returned home, from our second wonderful stay at Admiral House. Hosts Tony and Jan were superb, interesting and great value. Our room, and rest of the property was spotlesssly clean as always, tastefully decorated, and imaculately presented. The huge ensuite made a pleasant change, from the norm. Lovely white bedding and towels are provided, along with bathrobes and slippers. Filter coffee and tea, along with luxury biscuits were replenished daily, and proper milk is kept in a silent room fridge, with room for your own refreshments; should you wish. Now for the breakfast! Fresh fruits and yoghurt were available daily, along with a selection of cereals. To drink: a choice of filter coffees, selection of teas, real fruit juice, are yours to select. And finally. I would go as far as to say; 'the cooked breakfast is amongst the best I have ever enjoyed.' All this, followed by a choice of toast and preserves. I have an added complication; I have to strictly follow a gluten free diet. Tony and Jan took care of my needs perfectly, and were eager to ensure that I was taken care of. I also wanted to point out the 5-star food and hygiene rating! Wells-next-the-sea is a beautiful place for a break, and Admiral House is the perfect place for couples to enjoy the surrounding area. We will definitely return!
