We booked this as we we attending a family birthday party about 15 mins drive away. Close to the beach and town centre if you dont mind a bit of a walk. We arrived quite late at night and let the owners know in advance, who kindly sent us some self check in instructions. Room was comfortable with en-suite bathroom. Variety of options at breakfast including cereal, fruit salad, full English, smoked kipper and porridge. Would happily stay there again!

Lovely room with everything needed. Pictures of the room were accurate. Breakfast both mornings was amazing, with the hosts happy to cater for dairy and gluten free.

One of the best B&B,s we have been to, Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice We will definitely return and recommend to our friends. The accommodation is a short walk to the Quay

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and displaying a real attention to detail by the very pleasant owner e.g. a generous supply of quality coffee bags, tea bags milk etc, a fridge on the landing with extra milk, a well presented folder packed full of information and even a box containing just about any necessity that you may have forgotten to bring. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice using quality ingredients. In a good location at the edge of the lovely town of Wells-next--the-Sea with its own parking and only a 10 min walk into the centre..
