I recently visited this pub with my dog and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The bartender was incredibly rude and dismissive towards me and my friends, making several unprofessional behaviours that were deeply hurtful. As a customer, I was disappointed to be treated this way and I hope that management takes this issue seriously. Additionally, there was a problem with dog barking, which is surprising since pubs are generally expected to be dog-friendly. It was disruptive to my experience and other customers' experiences as well. I urge the establishment to provide better training and support to their staff on how to treat all customers with respect and dignity, as well as addressing the issue of dog barking. It is important that businesses create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone, including dogs. I hope to see improvements in the future so that no one has to experience the same treatment I did and that dogs can feel comfortable as well.
