Our dog decided to eat a poisonous plant on a bank holiday so knew that it would cost more. Staff were very friendly and constantly kept us updated on her condition after a vomiting injection. Fantastic facility with lots of open parking.

We have just moved to the area and Mount Vets was recommended to us by our neighbour. After using a fabulous vet in Cornwall for 12 years I hoped they would be just as good and I wasn't disappointed. They are independent and I think you always get a much better and more honest service when they are and I did. Michael, the Vet, was friendly, informative, thorough and professional and the receptionists friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this vets.

We were very pleased when we previously had our dog treated at the Mount for a penetrating eye injury. She was recently under their care for a second time with bowel obstruction that needed major surgery, and once again her treatment was exemplary. The professionalism, communication skills and general quality of care from all the staff we encountered was outstanding. Congratulations on maintaining such a consistently high standard.
