        The staff are always polite and respectful and the shop stocks most things. However, each time I come here I lose at least an hour of my life stood in a queue so unfortunately I am now going to request my prescription from a competitor.

        Wonderful service. Skilled, efficient and kind staff. Pharmacists on hand for expert advice and oversight. I love this pharmacy, next door to the medical centre which makes it even more convenient. Innovative and thoughtful through Covid lockdowns and when arthritis and knee operation severely affected mobility. You are amazing. Thank you folksThafolks.

        Staff are not welcoming, very blunt and can be a bit short with you. No sense of time as you wait forever to get the prescription. If you ring they say they will call back.then dont.

        They never have any of my medication in stock and they dont get it done in time . They never answer the phone either

        Rang them re a private prescription was promised they would call back, 14 hours later still no call back, and this is the third time over a year this has happened. Appaling. Tried calling today phone constantly engaged or rings off. Went in and was served by Kelly, unbelievably rude, refused to help me with a private prescription for medication I have run out off, saying she was to busy, I now have withrawl symptoms which can be extremely serious even fatal, if you suddenly stop taking the medication
