        We called Guardian for a new rat problem and Ross arrived the same day. He was extremely polite, courteous and informative, explaining the nature of our problem which was partly due to my copious bird feeding ;) As we have dogs, we didn't want to use poison and so it took a little longer to eradicate our problem but Ross persevered, returning every couple of weeks and we are now rat free. I cannot recommend Ross too highly and will use only him for any future pest problems. Quite frankly, he's delightful. Service: Rodent extermination
