We have moved many times and have dealt with many estate agents. In general they have all been good but Wilkie May and Tuckwood have taken good service into a new league. This was obvious as soon as we signed them up as they arranged for all their staff to view our property to familiarise themselves with it so that anyone could answer questions about it to potential clients who enquired either by phone or visiting their office. This also meant that clients wanting to view our property didn't have to wait days for someone to show them around. This was so different from many companies we contacted when we ourselves were house hunting as we frequently had to wait for someone who knew about the property to contact us because the person answering the phone knew nothing about the property. The advice we were given about setting the price proved to be better than any of the other agents we contacted and as a result we actually got more than expected. We were also delighted to sell the property in the first week. Unfortunately the sale progressed very slowly due to problems outside either our or Wilkie May and Tuckwood's control - the sale, as well as our purchase, was in jeopardy on a number of occasions. We are in no doubt that without the hard work of Abby Walker, who was our coordinator, everything would have collapsed. We can't thank her enough.

Ive recently completed a long and problematic property purchase. Abby made the whole process less stressful. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed by her promptly and in a professional manner. I was Continuously kept informed and offered advice were needed. I highly recommend this company.

Brilliant service from Wilkie May and Tuckwood in Wellington. In particular Naomi Crook was so helpful during a difficult purchase process. I would highly recommend them. Excellent all round!
